Bid Documents will require a refundable deposit of $25 per set for printed copies (plus shipping if applicable, includes a digital copy); “Central Illinois Builders’ Non-Cash Security Method for Request of Documents” will be accepted on this project. Checks shall be made payable to Athens CUSD #213. Please choose the “Check (or Bidders Card)” for payment option during checkout. Digital-only copy of the bid documents are available for $30 non-refundable cost.

NOTE: Do not purchase the download-only option if you are choosing the refundable deposit set. Digital purchases are a non-refundable, out-of-pocket expense.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the project site, at 10 a.m. on 05 July 2022. A visit to the project site may be arranged for Bidders by contacting Scott Laird (217) 636-8761.
