Bid Documents will require a refundable deposit of $75 per set for printed copies (plus shipping if applicable, includes a digital copy); “Central Illinois Builders’ Non-Cash Security Method for Request of Documents” will be accepted on this project. Checks shall be made payable to Salt Fork CUSD #512. Please choose the “Check (or Bidders Card)” for payment option during checkout. Digital-only copy of the bid documents are available for $75 non-refundable cost.
NOTE: Do not purchase the download-only option if you are choosing the refundable deposit set. Digital purchases are a non-refundable, out-of-pocket expense.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the District Office, 701 ½ W. Vermilion St., Catlin, IL at 2:00pm on Wednesday, November 30, 2022. We will walk both buildings after the pre-bid meeting.
