Bid Documents will require a refundable deposit of $50 per set for printed copies (plus shipping if applicable, includes a digital copy); “Central Illinois Builders’ Non-Cash Security Method for Request of Documents” will be accepted on this project. Checks shall be made payable to Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley CUSD #5. Please choose the “Check (or Bidders Card)” for payment option during checkout. Digital-only copy of the bid documents are available for $45 non-refundable cost.

NOTE: Do not purchase the download-only option if you are choosing the refundable deposit set. Digital purchases are a non-refundable, out-of-pocket expense.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at GCMS High School, 815 N. Church Street, Gibson City, IL 60936 at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 26, 2023, with a guided tour of the project site to immediately follow.
