Bid Documents will require a refundable deposit of $50 per set for printed copies (includes a digital copy), “Central Illinois Builders’ Non-Cash Security Method for Request of Documents” will be accepted on this project. Checks shall be made payable to Decatur Public Schools. Please choose the “Check (or Bidders Card)” for payment option during checkout. Digital-only copy of bid documents is available for $75 non-refundable cost.
NOTE: Do not purchase the download-only option if you are choosing the refundable deposit set. Digital purchases are a non-refundable, out-of-pocket expense.
