Cerro Gordo CUSD #100 - High School Gym Building Refacing and Window Replacement

The project consists of: Refacing of the existing 1962 gym building and 2000 addition at Cerro Gordo Junior Senior High School. Portions of refacing includes full removal of existing facebrick and replacement with full depth brick. At areas where existing brick is in better condition, thin brick will be installed over the existing face brick. In specific areas - EIFS system is shown to be installed to accomplish refacing. Portions of existing window system is also to be replaced in areas as shown. Contractor is responsible for necessary roof edge, adjustments, soffit reconfiguration, etc. as shown on documents.
