Checks shall be made payable to Decatur Public Schools. Please choose the “Check (or Bidders Card)” for payment option during checkout. Digital-only copy of bid documents is available for $75 non-refundable cost.
NOTE: Do not purchase the download-only option if you are choosing the refundable deposit set. Digital purchases are a non-refundable, out-of-pocket expense.

Pre-Bid Meeting
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held in the gymnasium of the Stephen Decatur Middle School at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2021. A tour of all three buildings will commence following the meeting.
Bid Opening
Offers will be received electronically via E-Bid before 1:00 p.m. local prevailing time on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via zoom at that time.
