St. Joseph-Ogden CHSD #305 - High School Window Replacement

The project is a window replacement project within the original 1926 portion of the building. The original windows will be removed and replaced with a storefront system. The window replacement occurs at the basement, first floor and second floor levels. The existing drop acoustical ceiling will remain in place and thus most of the window replacement will need to occur from the exterior. There is also (1) existing door that gets replaced with an aluminum door.

Digital-only copy of bid documents is available for $35 non-refundable cost.

NOTE: Do not purchase the download-only option if you are choosing the refundable deposit set. Digital purchases are a non-refundable, out-of-pocket expense.
