Arthur CUSD #305 - Grade School Toilet Room Upgrades

The project consists of toilet room upgrades at Arthur Grade School (AGS) and Lovington Grade School (LGS). Scope includes two (2) pairs of toilet rooms at AGS and a single pair of toilet rooms at LGS. Scope includes toilet fixtures, partitions, ceiling, lighting and wall finishes. Urinals at boys’ restrooms to be reconfigured to be wall mounted fixtures including removal of “step”. Toilet accessories will be provided by Owner and installed by contractor.

Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the project site, at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. Persons interested in visiting the site shall contact Justin Woodard, Director of Maintenance at (217) 543-2146.

10-30-2023 Clarification: The Pre Bid Meeting on October 31, 2023 at 2 PM will be held at the Arthur Grade School (126 E Lincoln St, Arthur, IL 61911). The meeting will be held in the office followed by a tour of the areas of work. Upon completion at this site, the group will move to Lovington Elementary School to see the areas of work at that building.
