Monticello CUSD #25 - Athletic Outbuilding

The project consists of: The construction of a 5000 sf facility to house weight room, public toilets, concessions, and parking lot, to be located on the south side of Kratz Road. Building will be a one story masonry bearing cavity wall with membrane roof, aluminum windows and entries. Interior finishes include paint, rubber athletic flooring, and ACT and gyp ceilings. Specialties include interior casework, exterior canopy, EIFS cornice and exterior and interior environmental graphics. Project also includes utilities (gas, water, electrical, storm water, sanitary, and fiber optic connections) and corresponding MEP systems. Site amenities include concrete parking, driveway and sidewalks, relocated entry gate and landscaping. Targeted completion date is August 31, 2024.
