Manteno CUSD #5 - Middle School Drop-off Drive Improvements

The project consists of: Removal of the existing asphalt drop-off drive, curb and concrete sidewalk on the NE side of the Manteno Middle School as shown on the drawings. The project will utilize Full-Depth Reclamation (FDR) for the entirety of the drop-off drive as well as for the parking lot, which is an alternate bid as shown on the drawings and specifications. A new asphalt surface will be installed for the drop-off drive as well as the parking lot and new striping will be installed at both areas. The existing curb and sidewalk on the south and west side of the drive will be completely replaced with a new concrete curb and sidewalk. The project also includes grading, seeding, and new drainage within the areas of construction.
