Bid Documents will require a refundable deposit of $50 per set for printed copies (includes a digital copy), “Central Illinois Builders’ Non-Cash Security Method for Request of Documents” will be accepted on this project. Checks shall be made payable to Manteno CUSD #5. Please choose the “Check (or Bidders Card)” for payment option during checkout. Digital-only copy of bid documents is available for $45 non-refundable cost.
NOTE: Do not purchase the download-only option if you are choosing the refundable deposit set. Digital purchases are a non-refundable, out-of-pocket expense.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the project site (Manteno Middle School), at 10:30a.m. on Tuesday April 20, 2021.
