The project consists of: The replacement of 11 mechanical rooftop units and controls upgrade at Manteno High School. Roofing work and minor structural modifications at the gym are required to complete the installation of the new RTU’s.

Bid Documents will require a refundable deposit of $50 per set for printed copies (includes a digital copy, plus shipping where applicable); “Central Illinois Builders’ Non-Cash Security Method for Request of Documents” will be accepted on this project. Checks shall be made payable to Manteno CUSD #5. Please choose the “Check (or Bidders Card)” for payment option during checkout. Digital-only copy of bid documents is available for $75 non-refundable cost.

NOTE: Do not purchase the download-only option if you are choosing the refundable deposit set. Digital purchases are a non-refundable, out-of-pocket expense.
