The project consists of materials, delivery, and installation of furniture at Ellsworth Dansby Jr. Magnet School.

The project consists of improvements to the entire south parking lot at Richland Co. High School.

The project consists of: Replacing existing door hardware within the High School and re-keying the new locksets to a new master keying system.

The project consists of: Fluid applied roof restoration system at Atwood Hammond Grade School.

The project consists of: Audio, Video, Lighting, and Infrastructure improvements for the existing auditorium at Riverton High School in Riverton, Illinois.

The project consists of: Project includes removal and replacement of various partial BAS systems operating various portions of MSHS. Replacement will consist of an open-protocol Building Automation System featuring a single vendor. Configure the system such that all of it works in concert with existing HVAC units/equipment. Scope does not include replacement of any equipment other than those directly related to controls - units found to be deficient shall be identified and would be additional scope beyond that of this project.

The project consists of the renovation of two sets of restrooms.

The project calls for the removal and replacement of an existing chiller, pumps and related accessories at Pawnee High School. Electrical work is also commensurate with the project.
