The project consists of: the renovation of the Palmyra High School kitchen, art room, Pride room, FACS lab, public toilets, locker rooms, & main gymnasium consisting of approximately 25,150sf, including associated mechanical & electrical work. Also included is the renovation of the Palmyra Middle School main office as well as creating a secure entry consisting of approximately 2,120sf, including associated mechanical & electrical work. The work at the Palmyra Elementary School consists of the replacement of floor tile & existing galvanized piping.

The project consists of: Mineral Modified Bitumen Roof Replacement: (Metal Deck Structurally Sloped) Includes Removal of rock ballast and EPDM. Mechanically attach dens-deck, and install Modified SBS base sheet set in cold applied adhesive and Modified Mineral SBS cap sheet set in cold applied adhesive heat weld all field and flashing seams. Replace clamping rings and strainers on drains, make sure they are all painted.

The project consists of: The complete renovation of the existing Family and Consumer Science Classroom, including demolition, new casework, flooring, ceilings, fire protection, power / lighting, plumbing, and HVAC.

The project consists of 5,700 square feet renovation of existing police station for Life Skills program for Manteno School District.

The project consists of materials only for phase two of the exterior canopy for Pershing Early Learning Center located at 2912 N. University Ave, Decatur, IL. The project includes materials for a custom pre-engineered metal canopy structure that will attach to and match materials of the existing canopy constructed by Decatur Public School District 61 in 2022.

The project consists of a partial roof replacement at Montessori Academy for Peace located at 4735 E. Cantrell St., Decatur, IL.
