The project consists of: Athletic surfacing replacement and asphalt mill and overlay of the track and high jump areas and athletic surfacing replacement of the long jump and pole vault runways. Contractors are invited to submit an offer for Athens CUSD #213 Jr./Sr. High School Track Surfacing Replacement. Offers will be received at the District Office before 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time on December 9, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.

The project consists of the replacement of approximately 450 linear feet of soffit, fascia and gutters for the administration building.

The project consists of the construction of an approximately 760 SF Softball Concession Addition to the existing athletic storage building NW of the SJO High School track and field. The addition will contain a concession space and restrooms. The project will also include sidewalks, grading, and utilities associated with the Softball Concession Addition.

The project consists of supplying and installing a 600-ton fluid cooler to provide auxiliary cooling to the existing geothermal loop at the Eisenhower High School, Decatur IL. The installation will include setting the equipment and all the mechanical piping included with the installation as well as the installation of a steel screen wall and stair.

The project consists of the roofing of areas 1, 2 and 3 at Eureka Middle School.

The project consists of the renovation of two sets of men’s and women’s restrooms and HVAC improvements.
